Fusion Specialty Cakes:

Chocolate Devastation:  Pastry Fusions signature cake.  Chocolate cake filled with alternating layers of chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse, then frosted with a chocolate whipped cream.

Tiramisu:  A classic Italian dessert made the traditional way.  A marscapone filling surrounded by Italian Lady Finger cookies and then soaked in espresso (available only in 10” round $25.00).

Raspberry Truffle:  Chocolate cake filled with a thick chocolate raspberry mousse, then frosted with a chocolate butter cream.

Raspberry Mousse Cake: Yellow cake filled with a light raspberry mousse, then frosted with a smooth vanilla butter cream.

Peanut Butter Mousse:  Truly Laura's favorite.  Chocolate cake filled with layers of peanut butter mousse and frosted with chocolate whipped cream.

Carrot Cake: Carrot cake enhanced with carrots, raisins, coconut, pineapple and walnuts with a vanilla butter cream filling.
